Charlotte Dujardin faces legal dispute with ownership of Uthopia

The reigning World Cup winner of Dressage Charlotte Dujardin will not be competing at the Reem Acra FEI World Cup finals in Gothenburg to defend her title due to a legal dispute surrounding the ownership of the horse ( Uthopia) she qualified with to the finals.

Already as the winner of the World Cup last year, Charlotte is eligible to start with the horse she desires ahead of the finals, and her choice was Uthopia who was competed previously by her trainer Carl Hester at the London Olympics.

But due to turbulence with the ownership of the mount, Dujardin withdrew from the start list and decided not to comment any further on the matter.
